How do I care for my Rink Threads apparel?
In order for you to prolong the life of your apparel, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
How do I find my Size?
All sizing can be found directly on the product's page. Want to find youth sizing? Click on a youth sized tee and then click the "Size Guide" button in the description to learn what measurements correspond to what sizes (the same for adults).

If I'm a 3XL, is there an upcharge?
No! Absolutely none of our sizes have upcharges. You pay the same as a 3XL as you would if you were a Small. We absorb any cost of larger sizes. It's part of Our Philosophy.
What materials are your t-shirts made of?
All Materials are listed directly in the product description. Most of our tees are made of 100% ring spun cotton, but the exception are those with "Heather" or "Athletic" colours .Please see the product description for those specific material compositions.
Where is your apparel printed?
All products are printed in Canada.
Where are the Wallets made?
The wallets are made in Quebec City, QC, Canada.
Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from within Canada. We currently have 2 warehouses they ship from. One is in Vancouver, the other in Quebec City. US orders are driven over the border by our shipping partner and shipped from Washington State. This means your order won't get held up in customs.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to Canadian, UK, and United States addresses (with the exception of the State of Kansas).
How long will my order take to get to me?
On average, it takes 4-16 business days from the time you place your order until it arrives at your door. Due to high demand, it can take 3-11 days to print the order and get it to the delivery service, and then the rest of the time is spent in transit to your mailbox!

I'm ordering a gift for someone else and am worried it won't arrive in time.
While we can't make your shipment arrive faster, we can offer to send you an e-mailed graphic that you can forward or print, showcasing the product you bought for them and letting them know it's on the way. Just shoot us off an email to email@example.com and we'll be happy to put something together for you with any message or customization you want.
I'm missing items from my order.
Because we use multiple warehouses, sometimes orders arrive separately. If you are concerned and do not have a tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order confirmation email or order number for faster service.
There's a weird off-colour box on my item around the graphic.
This rarely happens, but is normal. Please take a picture and e-mail us at email@example.com. More than likely this is because of the pre-treatment the shirt received before being printed (It helps the ink bond to the shirt) and will come out after being washed. Before washing, always email us to ask. Washing without asking first will void a return.

What happens if I get a product that is damaged?
Please refer to our Refund Policy. The first step of this is to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know what's wrong.
